Is Dravid lacks the leadership qualities??

Being highest revenue generator, why can't BCCI looks into technical and management perspective. when i speak management perspective, it's not mean that how you generate wealth or how you pay the players or how you make sponsorers happy. First thing i want to know is why all of a sudden Dravid wants to resign as a captain?? I don't think Dravid is that insensible... He is not speaking to media regarding this issue. so there must be something fishy. If you find the answer to this, then you can make decisions of selecting a future captain of Indian cricket team. My questions are like, Is dravid sensing something like he is not giving the results as he thought he should deliver during acceptance of his captaincy? or is he not allowed to take his own decisions when it comes to selection and planning the game? or is it players are not happy playing under his captaincy? If these are not the problems he is facing then may be he don't have management skills. when i say like management skills, it's not about leadership qualities because there is a lot of difference between a manager and a leader.what indian cricket need is a manager not a leader.Leader is one who has command over his teammates, his game plan and achieving a great heights with a consistant delivery of good results. But in our country a captain got to do many things like choosing players according to selection committee, negotiating the pay and ad making rights with both players and BCCI, handling the media, running a team without a permanent coach etc... Another problem may be because all great names in the player lists. sometimes it becomes so hard to convince the decision taken to senior players, may be he is not finding that cooperation from those senior players.sometimes i feel all our players are playing in the team for their own reasons. everyone is playing to succeed as a great individual player like one is behind making highest centuries by any other cricketer and one is here to prove his comeback, one is here to make highest fans by his hairstyles, one is here because he dreamed to play for India, one is here because he is destined to be here, one is here because he has management peoples blessings. so i don't think such a team cannot have a same goal. so until and umless they play as a team and play as an indian leaving the thought of being a maharashtrian or any other state will yeild in better results and also easy for any leader to lead such a bunch of players.so sometimes it becomes so tough to manage such a team and deliver the results according to the hopes of peoples love for this sport in our country. I have always heard of people being close to BCCI or a player being very famous or a very good batsmen have made it to this post in our country. I think a great player may not have a leadership qualities. so first find out a leader not a great player.a leader won't find his duties as an extra burden instead it comes naturally to some people. Until and unless politics is stopped, it will be a burden to any leader who wants to deliver good results. anybody can makeout from our indian commentators like how much importance they give to personal achievements like it's no harm in wasting ten balls if a batsman is on 99... so it's the elders who inspire our nextgen... so whole attitude and style of functioning of BCCI has to change in this regard before selecting next captain. If BCCI wants a senior most person should be a captain then select tendulkar or ajith agarkar who don't have qualities of a leader, if you wanna select a famous person like lalu prasad yaadav then select dhoni with his amazing batting techniques, if you wanna see a maharashtrian as a captain of indian cricket team then there is a man with great charm and style in him Ramesh.Pawar.(hope he is not a relative of sharadpawar)

Cheers,
Vijay.....
