should i pay d fine???? Attitude of our govn 2wards the workin class.......

haa!!! it's too bad of traffic police who catched me this morning... i was already late 4 d office n he wants all d docs 2 b verified... It's k if he asks 4 my drivin licence bt he wants 2 c RC book, Insurance copy n emisssion test certificate... I was sooo angry wit d fact dat de have no rights 2 fine me... u wanna ask y??? Here r sm facts so u only decide like i shld pay d fine or not???All govn vehicles includin police vans emit carbon more dan a train do.There is no effective traffic management in place 2 smoothen d havocs on b'lore roads... i knw hw much we b'loreans face dis damn probs regularly...Worst roads u can find in any other capitals even bein one of d most highest revenue generatin state n bein IT capital of d country n sec bigest IT city in d world...Soo many overloaded trucks killin ppl run in d city just by givin sm money 2 police...They allow even bad vehicles which emit sooo much gas n unhealthy 2 run on road creatin havocs....govn collects more taxes from IT n local b'loreans just b'cause of d status of d city bt we never experienced such facilities....Many a times i have seen like most traffic policemen target IT ppl only 2 get d bribery just cause de think dat s/w engg earns more so de won't oppose much 2 give a small amount n de won't even dare 2 ask any questions back 2 police... bt i tell u d truth my frnds, u checkout IT ppls bank account in d month end it will b Zero balance n de will b usin credit cards by dat time... Anyway, i use a splendor!!!! no sound pollution, no gases dat make environment get polluted ... so is it make any sense of dat police man to ask 4 emission test docs compared 2 train like vehicles emittin more gases on d roads??? Until n unless we get all dose facilities for which govn collects money, we shldn't pay a single penny.... wt do u say????After the economic crisis, most ppl experienced d heat n got affected by this. So many ppl 4m most of d sectors lost d job, bt none of d politician nor the govt nor the parties came forward n helped d workin class nor they showed any concerns. Many countries came up with bailout packages n started reflecting on serious issues like unemployment and recession in common. but our govt didn't even talked abt this or showed any concerns, which is very bad n disheartenin.. Such thing won't even gives positive frame of mind or courage to the ppl who r in probs due to economic turmoil. They always cmup wit vote bank policies n wooin ppl with Rs2/kg rice. They know that India has more poor n uneducated or unemployed ppl than the workin class, so no need of worryin abt small group of ppl... This attitude of govts is an unhealthy progress to invite a new n prosporous 2orrow. They know that, they can't woo educated persons who can cm n vote for them so de always find it easy to get to d vote banks.. If you wanna vote also, u won't find a good candidate nor the party which has a clear vision for the country.. This is a reality.. shame on our system........
